Kneecap is a party

Oh my god holy fuck this was amazing.

So I’d never heard of Kneecap before - seated in the Imperial Core as I am, I haven’t even heard it around! Which is why this film making it to theatres, and Fassbender’s endorsement, is truly as much a bullet for freedom as the music itself. This is global.

So it’s Irish Hip Hop IN IRISH. and it’s REALLY GOOD. and all three of them can ACT! I thought DJ Provost was for sure a professional. Turns out no! All the original members!

I loved the style, the grading, the asides, the subtitles. It’s a rocking good time in the theatre, it’s a fab way to decorate your time, and the music sticks with you. Be ready for heavy drug use. It’s fun tho.
